Juli does a little bit of everything! She joined our practice in 2007. Juli was born and raised in Michigan and attended the University of Toledo in Ohio where she earned her Bachelor's Degree. Juli loves working with our established patients and meeting new ones. She has grown to know some our patients really well over the years and looks forward to catching up with them and hearing updates on their lives and families as they come for their return appointments. Juli loves how well the entire staff functions as a team; they are like a second family and make coming to work fun! When she's not at work, Juli enjoys time spent with her husband and their children. Juli and her husband moved to Texas on a whim at the end of 2006 and didn't intend on staying permanently; however, they quickly discovered that they love it here and feel it's a great place to raise their two children.
Kristy has been a part of our team for eight years now. She has worked in dentistry since 1995 and has attended countless education programs. She has great knowledge and experience in both General and Pediatric fields and is also CPR certified. Her experience makes patients feel comfortable about their dental needs. She enjoys spending time with Sandy Lake Dental's great patients. Best of all, she enjoys her work family!
Kristy is originally from Huntington Beach, California. She is married with two children and loves spending time with her two little grandbabies. Family and friends are a big part of her life. When she has free time, she loves traveling, shopping, cooking, and movies. She's also a big fan of interior decorating.
Mark has been working in dentistry for over 20 years now, first joining our team 10 years ago. Originally from Burleson, he achieved his BA from the University of North Texas at Denton. The best thing about his job is all the wonderful people he works with.
Mark has a big, loving family that shares lots of laughter. Outside of the office, he enjoys doing anything outside, gardening, and watching movies. He actually grew up as a missionary’s kid and lived in both Mexico and Puerto Rico as a kid. In fact, he went to high school in Venezuela as an exchange student for his senior year!
Bobbi has been with us since January 2011. She helps with scheduling hygiene appointments, scheduling new patient appointments, and anything else that our patients need. If you call our office and hear a happy voice, there is a good chance it is Bobbi! What she enjoys most about her work is how their patients become a part of the Sandy Lake Dental family. Bobbi us currently attending college and in her free time she enjoys movies, spending time with friends and family, gambling, and meeting new people.
Kim is a 2004 graduate of Stephen F. Austin State University and has been with us since Spring 2011. Her calming personality helps put our patients at ease in the office and on the phone. She truly enjoys helping patients achieve their best smiles. Kim has three little boys who keep her and her husband very busy. In her free time she enjoys attending her kids sporting events, hanging out on the back porch and traveling. The three great loves in her life are God, friends, and family.
Laci has been a hygienist with our practice since 2006. She provides preventive treatments, patient education, dental cleanings, and she helps build patient relationships. Laci has a Bachelor's Degree in Dental Hygiene from Texas Women's University. She enjoys interacting with patients and values our close-knit staff. She is the proud mother of 4 amazing little boys. Outside of dentistry, Laci's interests include spending time with her family, visiting with friends and extended family, attending church, staying active and traveling. She can also be found on the sidelines cheering for her boys in their sports activities.
Michelle is originally from Green Wood, Arkansas, but she has lived all over the place. Her career in dentistry at Sandy Lake Dental & Orthodontics spans 10 years. She attended Texas Woman’s University and has advanced training in CPR, radiology, jurisprudence, laser therapy, dental sealants, periodontal therapy, and nutrition. She thinks of her coworkers like family and loves creating relationships with patients that are built to last.
Michelle and her husband have three children (two boys and a girl), as well as two dogs. Her interests include being outdoors, camping, hiking, canoeing, reading, watching movies, listening to music, and cooking. In the past, she actually used to be a canoe trip interpreter/guide for the Boy Scouts of America!
Nicole has been working in dentistry for 12 years and counting, and joined our team six years ago. Originally from Richland, WA, she received her education from Eastern Washington University and is certified in CPR as well. She loves building personal relationships with her patients!
Nicole has two daughters and two sons. Outside of the office, she enjoys watching her kids play sports, going on bike rides with family, and reading. She’s also a college basketball and Seahawks fanatic.
Jennifer graduated dental hygiene school in 2004 in Tyler, Texas. She was born and raised in Sherman, Texas. She is married and has a son. She treats her patients as though they were members of her own family. She enjoys talking with her patients about their dental goals and how to achieve them. She is very knowledgeable about all aspects of dentistry. She enjoys cooking in her time for her family and friends. She also is a collector of action figures and comic books for her son.
D'Ani grew up in Houston and is a 2000 graduate of Texas Woman's University where she received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Dental Hygiene. D'Ani joined the Sandy Lake Dental team in the Summer of 2017. There is a love and appreciation for helping improve the physical health of her patients and encouraging them to be a willing participant to ensure they keep their teeth. She loves educating and seeing the rewards of the patient’s labor at their follow up appointments. D'Ani is an active member of Shiloh Missionary Baptist Church where her husband currently serves as the Senior Pastor. She oversees the Women In Action mission group and Women’s Empowerment Weekend. D'Ani and her husband are the proud parents of three boys. In her “spare time” she loves reading, being a supportive Basketball/Soccer Mom and enjoys Thursday night TV shows.
Giorgia hails from Gainesville, and she joined the practice five years ago. Today, she has eight years of overall dental world experience and counting! She received her education in the field from the Dental Replacement Training Academy, and she is well-trained in CPR, radiology, and jurisprudence. What she enjoys most about her position is meeting new patients and performing a wide variety of procedures. She loves experiencing something new every day!
Giorgia and her husband David and three kids named Rylea, Layla, and Dash. Her hobbies include spending time with family and friends, playing games, and swimming.
Britni has been a member of the Sandy Lake Dental & Orthodontics team for five years so far. After attending Tarrant County College, she pursued her dental education at ATI. Today, she is certified in nitrous oxide, CPR, radiology, and jurisprudence. She greatly enjoys getting to know all of the patients and being able to care for their needs. She always takes the time to educate them about the important of oral health and hygiene!
Britni is originally from Azle, and she has an adorable Corgi named Sophie. When she isn’t busy at the office, she spends time riding her horse, drag racing, and hanging out around muscle cars. She’s actually competed in western and equestrian horse competitions in the past.
Chelsey has graduated from The Dental Assisting Institute and has enjoyed working as a dental assistant since 2014. She is eager to go the extra mile to provide the best care for her patients. Chelsey was born and raised in Wylie, Texas where she graduated high school. She enjoys spending time outdoors with her family, friends and her two pets (a chocolate lab and pot-bellied pig). In her spare time, she channels her creativity through crafting and gardening.
Chelsey is currently planning her October wedding with her high school sweetheart (Tyler) of ten years. Tyler works for the Coppell Fire Department and Chelsey is ecstatic to also have the opportunity of helping provide excellent care for the citizens of Coppell.
