Meet Our Dental Team

Juli, Office Manager

Juli does a little bit of everything! She joined our practice in 2007. Juli was born and raised in Michigan and attended the University of Toledo in Ohio where she earned her Bachelor's Degree. Juli loves working with our established patients and meeting new ones. She has grown to know some our patients really well over the years and looks forward to catching up with them and hearing updates on their lives and their families as they come for their return appointments. Juli loves how well the entire staff functions as a team; they are like a second family and make coming to work fun!

Juli and her husband moved to Texas on a whim at the end of 2006 and didn't intend on staying permanently but quickly discovered that they love it here and feel it's a great place to raise their three children. When she's not at work, Juli can be found spending time with her kids & her nieces and cheering them on at the ball fields & gymnastics.

Kristy, Treatment and Financial Coordinator

Kristy has been a part of our team for more than a decade. She has worked in dentistry since 1995 and has attended countless education programs. She has great knowledge and experience in both General and Pediatric fields and is also CPR certified. Her experience makes patients feel comfortable about their dental needs. She enjoys spending time with Sandy Lake Dental's great patients. Best of all, she enjoys her work family!

Kristy is originally from Huntington Beach, California. She is married with two children and loves spending time with her three little grandbabies. Family and friends are a big part of her life. When she has free time, she loves traveling, shopping, cooking, and movies. She's also a big fan of interior decorating.

Mark, Insurance Coordinator

Mark has been working in dentistry for many years and working with our office as the insurance coordinator since 2006. Originally from Burleson, he achieved his BA from the University of North Texas at Denton. The best thing about his job is all the wonderful people he works with.

Mark has a big, loving family that shares lots of laughter. Outside of the office, he enjoys doing anything outside, gardening, and watching movies. He actually grew up as a missionary’s kid and lived in both Mexico and Puerto Rico as a kid. In fact, he went to high school in Venezuela as an exchange student for his senior year!

Cristal, Patient Care Coordinator

Cristal was born and raised in Laredo, Texas before moving to Dallas where she is now proud to call home. Cristal graduated from Texas A&M International University in 2018 with a bachelors degree in Kinesiology. She has been working in the dental field since 2018, is a Registered Dental Assistant and is also currently attending college to become a Dental Hygienist. Cristal has a fur baby she adores, her pug named Bingo. When she is not working, Cristal loves to travel, go to movies, conquering escape rooms and tries her best to keep up with exercising. Shopping is her favorite guilty pleasure!

Jazmin, Front Desk

Jazmin was born and raised in Texas and has been in the dental field since 2006. She began by working and learning from her childhood dentist where she also became a Registered Dental Assistant. Her favorite part of dental is helping patients with their scheduling needs and answering any insurance questions. In her free time, she most enjoys spending time with her husband and their daughter. Jazmin also loves to travel, hike, and read. She enjoys finding new coffee spots and scouting out cute little bookstores.

Hannah, Hygiene and Social Media Coordinator

Hannah is a new face to most but is actually a returning team member. She is in her final semester at University of North Texas where she is pursuing a degree in Marketing. If you have seen an increase in our presence on social media, that is the work of Hannah! Hannah has lived in Coppell, Texas for most of her life and even graduated from Coppell High School in 2014. Hannah's energetic personality has been a great addition to our team. Hannah enjoys getting to know our patients, scheduling appointments and assisting in other patient needs any way she can. In her free time, she loves spending time with her family, traveling and trying out new recipes.

Laci, Dental Hygienist

Laci has been a hygienist with our practice since 2006. She provides preventive treatments, patient education, dental cleanings, and she helps build patient relationships. Laci has a Bachelor's Degree in Dental Hygiene from Texas Women's University. She enjoys interacting with patients and values our close-knit staff. She is the proud mother of 4 amazing little boys. Outside of dentistry, Laci's interests include spending time with her family, visiting with friends and extended family, attending church, staying active and traveling. She can also be found on the sidelines cheering for her boys in their sports activities. 

Nicole, Dental Hygienist

Nicole has been working in dentistry since she graduated in 2005 and has been with our office since 2011. Originally from Richland, WA, she received her education from Eastern Washington University and is certified in CPR as well. She loves building personal relationships with her patients! Nicole has two daughters and two sons. Outside of the office, she enjoys watching her kids play sports, going on bike rides with family, and reading. She’s also a college basketball and Seahawks fanatic.

Danielle, Dental Hygienist

Danielle is from Mount Airy, MD and is loving becoming a Texan. She received her Bachelor’s of Science in Dental Hygiene, from West Virginia University, in 2008. She has over 20 years of dedicated career progression in the dental field, including time spent as a registered dental assistant prior to becoming a registered dental hygienist. She loves making a positive impact on our patients by improving their oral health while maintaining a comfortable environment.

Danielle has a beautiful daughter, Adalyn who keeps her very busy at home. Outside of work Danielle loves to spend time with her family, traveling and attending concerts.

Jennifer, Dental Hygienist

Jennifer graduated dental hygiene school in 2004 in Tyler, Texas and she is a registered dental assistant as well. She has been with our team for over 5 years. Jennifer has lived in Texas her whole life as she grew up in Sherman, Texas. She loves talking to patients about their dental goals and helping them achieve those goals. She loves to cook and going on new adventures with her son. Jennifer loves nature and animals. She and her son have a few pets, if you ask her about them, you may be surprised to learn what they are! Jennifer and her son are having a blast working toward their goal to see all 50 states!

Adrienne, Dental Hygienist

Adrienne grew up in Waco Texas and decided to follow in her nana’s footsteps and attend Texas Woman’s University. Adrienne decided to pursue dental hygiene during high school after learning about the importance of oral health and it’s impact on the entire body. She loves being able to see improvement with her patients oral health. Adrienne loves to travel and excited about her plans to renovate her own camper van. In her spare time she enjoys watching reality tv, hiking with her dog, playing with her co-ed volleyball team and searching for her next travel destination.

Giorgia, Lead Dental Assistant

Giorgia hails from Gainesville, and she joined the practice in 2009. She received her education in the field from the Dental Replacement Training Academy, and she is well-trained in CPR, radiology, and jurisprudence. Her extensive experience in dental has provided her the ability to create an exceptional experience for the patients she cares for. She is truly passionate about her chosen career.

What she enjoys most about her position is meeting new patients and performing a wide variety of procedures. She loves experiencing something new every day!

Giorgia and her husband David have three kids named Rylea, Layla and Dash. Her hobbies include spending time with family and friends, playing games, and swimming.

Michelle, Dental Assistant

Michelle joined our team in 2021 and has been a registered dental assistant since 2019. She was born and raised in Laredo, Texas and moved to the Dallas area 7 years ago. Taking care of our patients and their smiles is something Michelle looks forward to when she comes to work each day. She is always ready and willing to help her patients as well as her coworkers. Outside of work, Michelle enjoys spending time with family and her mini yorkie puppy, Toby. She also enjoys working out, shopping, traveling & exploring any chance she gets.

Marlene, Dental Assistant

Marlene was born and raised in Dallas and has been a dedicated Dental Assistant since 2018. She is passionate about helping patients feel comfortable, relaxed and confident during their dental visits as she strives to create a positive experience for everyone she meets. Marlene is a proud mother of three children, Aniya, Joshua and Lorenzo. Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling on vacations and supporting her kids at their sporting events.

May, Dental Assistant

Maylynda is a dedicated and experienced Dental Assistant and she is originally from Oregon. She is driven by a genuine desire to help others and enjoys making sure her patients know they are well cared for. May appreciates the value of hard work, compassion and connection with her patients as well as with her coworkers. Outside of the office, May enjoys spending time outdoors and making memories with her son, Landen. Being a mother is her greatest source of pride.

Sarah, Dental Assistant

Hi! I'm Sarah and I love being part of a team that helps people feel confident about their smile. I enjoy creating a warm and comfortable environment for patients and getting to know new people every day. Outside of work, I love art and painting. I like to spend my free time with my pets and enjoying the little things in life!
